When Robert Kenley needed professional home health care while recovering from a knee replacement, his wife Belinda invited Graceworks at Home to visit while she worked. Later, after he battled a life-threatening infection and a 10-day stay in the hospital, they were impressed with the attentiveness of his Graceworks at Home registered nurse Anna Clary and therapist Gwynne Gephart. “We loved Anna and the other caregivers who helped us out,” Belinda explains, “Anna in particular stayed in touch long after [care was done] to make sure he was doing okay. She really has become a friend because of the care and kindness she showed Robert during his illness. She’s amazing.” Graceworks at Home is proud to receive such consistently positive patient feedback, and prouder yet that our team members like Anna so fully embrace our tenet of faithful caring.

While Graceworks at Home is proud of our low re-admission numbers, we also take pride that a recent Medicare.gov patient survey ranks our service significantly above the Ohio and national averages. Achieving four out of a possible five stars, Graceworks at Home patients were specifically impressed by our quality of care, communication skills, and attention to detail when discussing medicines, pain, and home safety. Our 90% overall care ranking eclipses the 81% Ohio Average. We’re making a difference in home health care and the numbers are proof.
Holiday Hero Packages
Graceworks employees live by the principle of Faithful Caring. Often, we extend that mission beyond our residents and clients and into our greater communities. During the last holiday season, we shared it overseas as Graceworks at Home staff assembled Christmas packages for a platoon of service men and women serving in Kuwait. Even though the heroes were away from home for the holidays, the homecare employees worked to brighten spirits just a little by stuffing care packages with toiletries, snacks and cards, plus copious prayers, well wishes and love!
